Imagination Branding is pleased to announce that we have partnered with VSA Tennessee and Morgan Vice. VSA Tennessee works with individuals who have intellectual and physical disabilities, to highlight their abilities. They use arts to teach individuals with disabilities who learn differently in many cases.
VSA Tennessee approached Imagination and asked if we would be willing to sponsor a visual artist who has autism. Morgan Vice has created an art installment for us to hang in our Nashville office. The artwork will first be showcased at an exhibit in Tennessee’s Legislative Plaza before finding its permanent home in our office. Tammy Vice, Morgan’s mom, is a songwriter and musician. In this video, she articulates some of the challenges parents of individuals with differing abilities face.
We received this touching video of Morgan creating the art with her mom. Like Tammy said, it’s not about the finished product, but the process. We LOVE the finished product and believe so firmly in the process that we commissioned Morgan to paint something for our Dallas office!! Morgan has touched us and we are proud to be a small part of her story with these paintings. We’re even more proud to be able to include her in our story and display her art for everyone who visits our offices.
This morning, Morgan and her parents, along with Lori Kissinger, Director of VSA Tennessee, visited our office to present us with the painting. Morgan inspired us with her sweet spirit and excitement for the visual arts. Thank you to VSA Tennessee for giving us the opportunity to partner with Morgan and Tammy Vice. Most of all, thank you, Morgan, for the beautiful painting! Every day will be a kazoo party in our office!
